KEY ACCOUNT DIRECTOR - SERVICE DIVISION

  • Based in Lahore/Karachi
  • BS/MS degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our growing Professional Services Team for our Lahore and Karachi offices in Pakistan.

The Key Account Manager maintains and expands relationships with strategically important large customers. Assigned to anywhere between 1 – 4 large clients, the Key Account Manager is responsible for increasing business and achieving assigned strategic objectives. The Key Account Manager represents the entire range of VentureDive’s products and services to assigned customers, while leading all internal project management and development activities. He shall ensure that all customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company. The Key Account Manager reports to the Vice President of Professional Services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Coordinates and mobilizes the involvement of company personnel, including Service, Development, Project Management, HR, and Internal Support functions in order to meet Key Account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
  • Meets assigned PnL targets for profitable revenue volumes and strategic objectives against the assigned key accounts.
  • Proactively identifies, develops, and leads all potential cross-selling initiatives with assigned key account to fruition to meet and exceed the company’s revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute creative advertising strategy
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  • Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
  • Play an integral part in generating new business that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset towards all key accounts assigned, with the responsibility of achieving aggressive growth targets set by the management.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • A Four-year college degree.
  • Minimum 10 years of strategic sales, key account management, or Technical Project Management experience in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Experience with the IT industry.
  • Experience in ideating new concepts towards successful product delivery.
  • Demonstrated leadership in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to work with difficult clients to resolve ambiguous requirements with focus on real value addition.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Hands on experience in technical consulting or professional services.
  • Understanding of enterprise IT systems, hosting solutions, networking, telephony, server technologies, and databases.
  • Basic understanding of data centers and how hardware is deployed.
  • Comfortable with taking on new and ambiguous challenges.
