BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

  • Based in Lahore
  • BS/MS degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Business Development Executive will help us grow our business in all strategic directions.

Key priority would be to assist the company in acquiring new customers via lead generation and develop solid relationships with current clients and upsell. Overall, development and management of key accounts and long-tail clients, with the ambition to expand and ability to diversify across various verticals in the halal space will be the top priority for the selected candidate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generating business leads and following up on sales opportunities.
  • Cold calling/e-mailing potential customers and building relationships.
  • Developing need, and optimizing value proposition as per potential client’s profile.
  • Full ownership of the sales funnel.
  • Following up swiftly on sales enquiries and sending out information.
  • Working closely with data and marketing teams to get campaigns executed alongside developing new business.
  • Manage top accounts for successful long-term relationships.
  • Researching the market and identifying potential target customers.
  • Working to monthly and quarterly sales targets and margin KPI’s.
  • Attending industry events in order to generate business leads.
  • Work on other related projects assigned by the management.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Previous business development experience ideally from a company in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of bringing in new business and a natural ability to drive sales.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Well organised with previous experience using CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and relationships-building skills with potential clients and current partners.
